Next 27 November it will take place the third segment of MUSIVUS in memoriam. The MUSIVUS in memoriam focuses on a late 20th/21st century composer. In an informal context, the work of the focus composer will be presented in a conversation between guests and performers who have contacted him directly.
This segment will be about the Composer Clotilde Rosa with the elements of GMCL - Grupo de Música Contemporânea de Lisboa as guests.
As an activity promoted by the Portuguese Association of Composers (APC), project MUSIVUS proposes to divulge contemporary vanguard music, both in its compositional and interpretative component, focusing particularly on Portuguese music. In this sense, the project offers to a broad public the possibility to contact with the intimate reality both of the creation process of vanguard music and the multiplicity of processes involved in the interpretation of created works.
